2.Working Principle
The working principle of horizontal multi-stage rustproof cast iron circulating pump is similar to that of ground centrifugal pump. When the motor drives the impeller on the shaft to rotate at high speed, the liquid filled in the impeller, under the action of centrifugal force, is thrown from the center of the impeller along the flow channel between the blades to the surrounding of the impeller. As the liquid is acted by the blades, the pressure and speed increase at the same time. After passing through the flow channel of the guide shell, the liquid is led to the next level of the impeller, and flows through all the impellers and guide shells one by one, further increasing the pressure energy of the liquid. Finally, the liquid is transported to the required position.
